Andrew Lenards
“Using A Visual Problem-Solving Toolkit”

Simple pictures can go a long way toward helping you solve problems.

A picture may be a thousand words. But that is not what is important! Pictures are conversation starters and become catalysts for discussions about solutions to problems. The area is quite active now with several books being published about on the topics visual thinking, visual problem-solving, and active discussion techniques (like gamestorming). When trying to wrap your head around what customers really want, successful companies use simple pictures. A short introduction to the topic of how to use a visual problem-solving toolkit will be presented by Andrew Lenards.

Andrew Lenards is a software developer in Tucson with a habit of talking too much and thirst for learning.

Eric Biesterfeld will be talking on language and conducting surveys. How do you know that the way you’re asking questions will get you valuable answers?

Demos!
Greg Solovyev and Craig Bishop (?) will hopefully be on hand to demo their applications to everyone after the presentations.
